The Cottage has a circular drive that goes around the back of the home.  Lots of additional parking areas are available.

•	Damage or discoloration to the copper sink in the kitchen: $600.00 
•	Smoking inside the home: $300.00 
•	Septic tank pump-out: $300.00 
•	Disturbance fee (Police are called to the property): $300.00 
•	Parties, or more than 10 people on the property: $300.00 
•	Pet(s) on the property without prior approval: $250.00 per pet 
•	Key replacement $25.00 
 Towel &/or linen damage: $2-60.00/per item

The Country Cottage

Self check-in is available via keypad.  We will provide the codes on the day of your arrival.

The Cottage has a full kitchen with modern appliances. It does not have a dishwasher

The back yard has a picnic table & a small fenced-in area for your dog.  It is peaceful and private.

Spayed and/or neutered dogs only.  Weight restrictions apply.

Internet and local tv channels are provided.  Bring your own access to Netflix, Sling, Amazon Prime, etc.
